Faculty/Staff Travel Registration
All EWU faculty/staff are required to register university-related travel in the AlertTraveler system. AlertTraveler tracks global events and generates real-time destination reports and alerts to EWU and the traveler. By registering and then activating AlertTraveler on your mobile device, you select what level of alerts you want to receive for your trip.
Please gather the following information and then register below:
- Travel dates for each location (city, country)
- Information for two emergency contacts: names, emails, phone numbers
- Your phone number while abroad
First-time users: Select "I do not have log-in credentials." Then select "I am registered at EWU." You will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with password and login information. Use this information to login to the site and create your AlertTraveler Itinerary. After your itinerary is entered you will receive instructions on how to activate your alerts on your mobile device.
