On Call LogoEastern Washington University has partnered with On Call International to provide you with emergency and non-emergency related services and benefits to utilize while traveling. On Call International responds to critical medical or safety emergencies and can also help you resolve non-critical day to day travel problems any time you are traveling outside your home country on Eastern Washington University programs or business.

Students: Please note that coverage through On Call is mandatory for all EWU students participating in an education abroad program. Additional charges for enrollment in the On Call coverage will be applied to your EWU student account and you will receive email notification to your eagles email of your enrollment. Students participating in a 3rd Party Provider program may utilize that company's insurance provided it is equivalent to the EWU mandatory coverage. In this case, proof of equivalent coverage must be sent to EWU Education Abroad.
